abstract Novel synthesis of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives as the anti-inflammation substance is disclosed in the present invention. An efficient green method was developed for the synthesis of multi-substituted 1,2,4-triazoles with good yields from nitrilimines including amination and heterocyclization two steps reactions. 1,2,4-triazole derivatives were observed significant anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting NO in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells, which can be used to develop various inflammatory drugs for treating related diseases.
