A game system based on the flavor of objects in the real world includes a sensing device, an information processing device, and a server. The sensing device includes a colorimetric sensor array, which includes a plurality of sensing materials for sensing an object emitting an odor. Each sensing material reacts with the object to change from an initial color to an indicated color and then to present a color pattern, which is visually associated with an odor information corresponding to the object. The information processing device includes an image capturing element and a transceiver, and the server stores a graphic database. The game system is configured to execute the following method: comparing the color pattern with the graphic database to generate a comparison result; and the information processing device providing a virtual object according to the comparison result. |
