abstract |
The present invention relates to a structure body, a method for producing the structure body, and a method for selecting cells etc. The structured body of the present invention comprises: a first substrate, a second substrate which is provided in parallel to the first substrate on one side of the first substrate, wherein the first substrate has openings on the other side of the first substrate and has a plurality of concave portions that can accommodate one unit of cells; each of the concave portion has a communicating pore that communicates the one side and the other side of the first substrate and has a size that enables a secreted material from the cells to pass though the pore; the second substrate has accumulation portions for the secreted material that moves through the communicating pore; and each of the accumulation portions correspond to any one of the concave portions. |
