abstract | The present invention discloses a light conversion unit, comprising a transparent substrate and a light converter carrying layer that is stacked on the transparent substrate. The light converter carrying layer is provided with a plurality of first openings, second openings and third openings, such that the plurality of first openings, second openings and third openings further form a plurality of first recessed grooves, second recessed grooves and third recessed grooves in combination with a top surface of the transparent substrate. Particularly, a quantum dots (QDs)attracting layer is coated onto one bottom surface and four side wall surface of each of the recessed grooves. As such, by an attracting effect of the QDs attracting layer, each of the recessed grooves can be fully filled with their corresponding QDs material evenly. |
