abstract | The present disclosure provides a method for vitrimer. The method includes following step: performing a synthesizing step and performing a cross-linking curing step. The synthesizing step is for synthesizing the monomethacrylate monomer and glycidyl methacrylate by a polymerization method to obtain a copolymer. The cross-linking curing step is for the copolymer reacting with a bifunctional crosslinking agent under the catalysis of a ntransesterification catalyst to obtain a vitrimer. Accordingly, the vitrimer of the present disclosure has stronger stress and greater strain than the general thermosetting resin, and has good heat resistance, plasticity and repairability. |
