abstract | The present invention provides a copolyester, which is effective as a binder component of a metal primer coating used for coil coating. Furthermore, a metal primer coating is provided, which is a coating composition using the copolyester, which has excellent surface hardness, bendability, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance. A copolyester (A), which uses polycarboxylic acid components and polyol components as copolymer components, so that when all polycarboxylic acid components are 100 mol%, aromatic dicarboxylic acid components are 95-100 mol%, fat Dicarboxylic acid component is 0~5 mol%, when all polyol components are 100 mol%, the diol component with specific structure is 1~30 mol%; and the glass transition temperature is 25~50℃ range. |
