titleOfInvention | Display apparayus |
abstract | A display apparatus includes a substrate, a signal line, a light emitting diode element, a first insulating layer, a bonding pad, a driving component and a transfer wire. The substrate has a first surface, a second surface and a side surface. The signal line and the light emitting diode element electrically connected to each other are disposed on the first surface of the substrate. The first insulating layer is disposed on the signal line and has an opening. The opening of the first insulating layer overlaps with an end of the signal line. The bonding pad is disposed on the first insulating layer and electrically connected to the end of the signal line through the opening of the first insulating layer. The bonding pad has a recess overlapping with the opening of the first insulating layer. The driving element is disposed on the second surface of the substrate. The transfer wire is disposed on the side surface of the substrate, and is electrically connected to the bonding pad and the driving component, wherein an end of the transfer wire is disposed in the recess of the bonding pad. |
