titleOfInvention | Cell sorting chip and method of fabricating the same |
abstract | The invention discloses a cell sorting chip and a method of fabricating the same. The cell sorting chip includes a first transparent conductive substrate, a photoconductive layer, a fluidic layer and a second transparent conductive layer. The first transparent conductive layer has a first outlet and a second outlet. The photoconductive layer is over the nfirst transparent conductive layer and has noncrystalline and nanocrystalline structures. The light absorption of the photoconductive layer is about 10 3 cm -1 to 10 5 cm -1 , and the resistivity of the photoconductive is about 10 Ω-cm to 10 3 Ω-cm. In a range where the optical wave number is 450 cm -1 to 540 cm -1 , the photoconductive layer has a diffractive peak value at between 485 cm -1 and 495 cm -1 . The fluidic layer is over the photoconductive layer. The second transparent conductive layer is over the fluidic layer and has an inlet. |
