abstract | A method for manufacturing a raw material of feed is used to solve the problem of the use of expansive fish powder in the convention feed. The method includes providing a substrate including 70-80 wt% of bean powder, 8-12 wt% of blood powder, 8-12 wt% of chicken powder, 2-3 wt% of squid skin powder and 2-3 wt% of shrimp shell powder; and fermenting the substrate byn Lactobacillus plantarum 7-42 at 35-39°C for 65-75 hours. Then Lactobacillus plantarum 7-42 is deposited at Bioresource Collection and Research Center of Taiwan with a deposit number BCRC 910925. |
