The invention provides a polyimide film and a preparation method thereof, including the polyimide filmnA cover film of an amine film and an electronic device comprising the cover film, the polyimide film comprising 75% to 95% by weight of the polyimide resin and 2% by weight relative to the total weight of the polyimide film To 15% by weight of fluorine resin, and 3% to 10% by weight of carbon black with an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm to 5 μm. The fluorine resin includes oxygen in the molecular structure and has a thickness of 8.0 μm or less. The alkali resistance index evaluated based on the thickness of the imine film is 70% or more. |
