The method includes the following steps: a step of putting a plurality of Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh natural leaves into a container lasts from 30 minutes to 48 hours, wherein a container temperature of the container is ranged from 10℃ to 150℃, a step of taking out the Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh natural nleaves form the container and leaving the Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh natural leaves to ferment for 30 minutes to 24 hours, and a step of putting the Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh natural leaves into a stirring machine and using the stirring machine to stir the Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh natural leaves for 3 to 50 minutes to form a plurality of Cinnamomum osmophloeum Kaneh tea leaves, wherein a stirring machine temperature of the stirring machine is ranged from 80℃ to 300℃.
