The present invention discloses a derivative of sodium phenylaminopropionate, a process for its preparation and use of the same. nSpecifically, sodium 3-(4-(2-(9 H -carbazol-9-yl)ethoxy)phenyl)-2-((2-(4-(4-(2-sodium formate-2-((2-(4-fluorobenzoyl)phenyl)amino)ethyl)phenoxy)benzoyl) phenyl)amino)propionate as shown in formula (I), a process for its preparation and its use for quality control of bulk drugs or formulations of Chiglitazar or its derivatives are disclosed. In particular, the compound of formula (I) can be used as a control or standard for the detection of impurities/related substances in drugs of Chiglitazar or its sodium salt. |
