abstract |
The present invention provides a papaya ferment, which is obtained from a papaya water-extract pre-fermented by yeast and lactic acid bacteria, and post-fermented by acetic acid bacteria. The present invention further provides use of the papaya ferment for manufacturing of a composition for enhancing skin fibroblast mitochondrial activity, skin fibroblast proliferation, adipocyte proliferation, skin brightness, and/or collagen density in the breast. The present invention further provides a manufacturing method of the papaya ferment. |
