The present invention obtains a coating agent that can form a surface layer with excellent self-repairing properties and antifouling properties by coating on the surface of a substrate (for example, thermoplastic polyurethane) and curing it. The coating agent of the present application includes (meth)acrylate urethane resin (a), fluorine-based compound (b), and photopolymerization initiator (d). The (meth)acrylate urethane resin (a) has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 10,000 to 800,000. The fluorine-based compound (b) has at least two polymerizable functional groups. The surface layer formed by the coating agent has excellent self-healing properties, antifouling properties, and extensibility for damages. |
