abstract |
The optical retardation member 100 of the present invention includes: a transparent substrate 40 having an uneven pattern 80; a gap 90 divided between the convex portions 60 of the uneven pattern 80; and a sealing layer 20 to connect the uneven pattern 80 The convex portion 60 is provided on the concave-convex pattern 80 so as to seal the gap 90. Even if the optical phase difference member 100 is bonded to other members or applies a load using an adhesive, the phase difference characteristics will not be impaired. |
