The inventors of the present invention succeeded in making a heterodimerization polypeptide having an Fc region composed of two polypeptides (first polypeptide and second polypeptide) with different amino acid sequences. The function of the Fc region has been improved by making a homodimer consisting only of the first polypeptide or a homodimer consisting of the second polypeptide compared to the conventional technology.
