titleOfInvention | Sensing component and pulse measurement method |
abstract | A sensing component includes a piezoelectric pressure sensor. The piezoelectric pressure sensor includes a layer of piezoelectric material, a thin film transistor array, and a sensing electrode. The piezoelectric material layer is used to measure pulses at a plurality of positions to generate corresponding pulse signals. The thin film transistor array is coupled to a piezoelectric material layer. The thin-film transistor array includes a plurality of transistors. The transistor includes a first terminal, a second terminal, and a control terminal. The first end is used to receive one of the pulse signals. The second end is coupled to the data transmission line, and is configured to output the first detection signal according to the pulse signal. The control end is used to receive the clock signal. The sensing electrode is coupled to the piezoelectric material layer, and is used for receiving the other one of the pulse signals to output a second detection signal. |
