titleOfInvention | Killing method |
abstract | The invention provides a germ-killing method which can efficiently and effectively sterilize spore-forming bacteria regardless of strains. The present invention provides a budding method for performing the following step 2 after the end of the following step 1. That is, as step 1, the spore-forming bacterium is brought into contact with pyridine dicarboxylic acid or a salt thereof at a pH value of 6 or lower. After step 1 is completed, as step 2, the blast-forming bacterium is sterilized. The present invention also provides a budding method having a period in which the following step 1 and the following step 2A are performed simultaneously. That is, as step 1, a spore-forming bacterium is brought into contact with pyridinedicarboxylic acid or a salt thereof at a pH of 6 or less, and as step 2A, the blast-forming bacterium is physically sterilized. |
