titleOfInvention | Self-powered internal circulating fluid sterilization device |
abstract | The invention relates to a device for sterilizing pipeline fluid by using a germicidal light source, which is arranged in a circulating fluid pipeline, and includes: a pipe body, two transition pipes, an impeller rod, a permanent magnet, an induction coil and a germicidal light source; When the fluid flows from one end to the other end of the tube, the fluid drives the impeller rod to rotate and induces permanent magnets and induction coils to generate electricity. The germicidal light source is used to irradiate and sterilize the fluid; while the fluid is continuously circulating, the device irradiates uninterruptedly. The sterilization effect can avoid the disadvantages and possible side effects of chemical sterilization of current circulating fluids. Blades, permanent magnets and germicidal light sources are installed on the same line in the direction of fluid flow, which can reduce resistance to avoid affecting the flow of existing pipelines. It can also increase the power generation efficiency to enhance the effect of irradiation sterilization. |
