abstract |
The present invention provides a hardenable composition which is excellent in hardenability of a thin film. By applying light irradiation or heat treatment, a hardened material having excellent heat resistance and heat yellowing resistance can be formed.nn n n In the curable composition of the present invention, the cation-curable compound contains an epoxy compound (A) in an amount of 10 to 90% by weight based on the total amount of the cation-curable compound and 5 to 5% in total of the cation-curable compound. 40% by weight of the oxocyclobutane compound (B); the cationic polymerization initiator contains an onium borate (C). The anion part of onium borate (C) is [(C 6 H 5 ) B (C 6 F 5 ) 3 ] - , [(C 6 H 5 ) B ((CF 3 CF 2 ) 2 C 6 H 2 F ) 3] -, or [(C 6 H 5 C 6 H 4) B (C 6 F 5) 3] - are preferred, the cation portion is aryl sulfonium ion is preferred. |
