abstract |
The present invention aims at proposing a composition containing earthworms as an active ingredient, and suppressing fatty liver and kidney hypertrophy which are extremely likely to be caused by diabetes. The present invention relates to obtaining a fermented earthworm by mixing a fermented earthworm with fermented liquor obtained by inoculating yeast in a vegetable and fruit extract, and fermenting the earthworm, and then fermenting and drying the fermented earthworm and the notoginseng to obtain a fermentation mixture. The composition obtained by mixing the fermentation mixture with ants and ginkgo biloba leaves to inhibit fatty liver and renal hypertrophy caused by diabetes. |
