abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for increasing polyhydroxyalkanoates,nThe method of PHAs content is characterized in that the fermentation broth obtained by fermenting waste sludge is used as a carbon source, and an aerobic dynamic feeding (ADF) domestication program is performed to rapidly increase the polyhydroxyalkanoic acid in the sludge. Ester content; according to the method of the present invention, simple activated sludge can be used to replace the complicated domestication steps, and aerobic dynamic inflow can be performed to produce a higher content of PHA. In addition, the present invention is added in the process of aerobic dynamic inflow. The carbon source is a volatile fatty acid produced by the fermentation of waste sludge without the need to add other substances, which is more industrially applicable. |
