The conducting member can be moved in a closed position and a conducting position to pass through the assembly portion and extend into the joint portion, and then the conducting member and an inner wall of the joint portion define a liquid-receiving space. The surrounding structure is provided with a passage, a through opening communicating with the passage and a liquid outlet, and an abutting unit. The through opening can selectively communicate with the liquid containing space, and the liquid outlet is used for communicating with the container to be filled. Inside, the abutment unit is provided to abut the mouth.
