abstract |
The present invention provides a method for preparing a porcine second type circovirus outer sheath protein and a pharmaceutical composition containing the outer sheath protein. The method of the present invention enhances the synthesis efficiency of the porcine second type circovirus outer sheath protein by using a novel arabinose-inducing expression vector. On the other hand, the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention combines the outer sheath protein and other advantageous components in an appropriate ratio to obtain an excellent immune-inducing effect. |
