abstract |
The present invention relates to a solar cell characterized in that a finger electrode is provided on a first main surface of a semiconductor substrate, and a material containing an insulating material is coated in such a manner that at least the surface of the finger electrode is not exposed, and the foregoing comprises an insulating material. The material is not decomposed by water or does not produce carboxylic acid when hydrolyzed. Thereby, it is possible to provide a solar cell which suppresses a decrease in photoelectric conversion efficiency over time and a solar cell module using the same even when EVA is used. |
