abstract |
The present invention provides compositions and methods for treating diseases related to the expression of CD19. The present invention also relates to a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific for CD19, a vector encoding the same, and a recombinant T cell comprising CD19 CAR. The invention also includes methods of administering genetically modified T cells that exhibit a CAR comprising a CD19 binding domain. |
