The present invention provides antibodies that bind to the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R). The invention also provides antibody heavy and light chains capable of forming antibodies that bind to CSF1R. The present invention provides a polynucleotide encoding an antibody against CSF1R. Polynucleotides encoding antibody heavy and light chains are also provided. The present invention provides a treatment method using antibodies against CSF1R. These methods include, but are not limited to, methods of treating rheumatoid arthritis, bone loss, and multiple sclerosis. |
