abstract | A nano composite coating, a biomedical material and a manufacturing method thereof. The nanocomposite coating comprises at least one inorganic nanopowder, a monomer, an oligomer, at least one photoinitiator, and at least one solvent. The content of each inorganic nano-powder is from about 0.1% by weight to about 5% by weight, the content of the monomer is from 0% by weight to about 30% by weight, and the content of the oligomer is about 50% by weight to 100% by weight of the nano composite coating. About 80% by weight, the photoinitiator is present in an amount of from about 1% by weight to about 10% by weight, and the solvent is present in an amount of from about 10% by weight to about 30% by weight. The inorganic nanopowder has at least one organic functional group. The oligomer has at least a trifunctional group. |
