abstract The present invention provides a water vapor barrier laminate and a water blocking gas structure comprising the same. The water-blocking gas structure includes a flexible substrate and a water vapor barrier laminate. The water gas barrier laminate includes at least one organic-inorganic composite layer unit, and the organic-inorganic composite layer unit comprises an organic layer disposed on the surface of the flexible substrate and having a plurality of layers of polyethyleneimine film and a plurality of polyacrylic film disposed in a staggered stack. a layer, and an inorganic layer disposed on the surface of the organic layer opposite to the flexible substrate and being a metal oxide selected from the group consisting of alumina, zinc tin oxide or any combination thereof. Each polyethyleneimine film has a pH in the range of 1 to 8, and each polyacrylic film has a pH in the range of 6 to 14. The water-blocking gas structure has an excellent water vapor barrier effect and a high light transmittance.
