Provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that does not adversely affect electrical characteristics, can prevent the generation of interference fringe patterns when a device using coherent light as exposure light, and an image forming device using the same.nn n n An electrophotographic photoreceptor composed of photosensitive layers (3, 4) is provided on the conductive substrate (1) via an intermediate layer (2). The intermediate layer contains a cyanine pigment having a maximum absorption wavelength in the range of exposure light source wavelength ±50 nm, metal oxide fine particles, and a thermosetting resin as a binder resin. |
