abstract An array substrate includes a pixel array, a circuit, a flat layer, and a raised structure. The pixel array is located in the active area. The circuit is electrically connected to the pixel array and is located in a peripheral area, wherein the peripheral area is located between the active area and the bonding area. The planar layer is located in the active area, the peripheral area, and the bonding area, and is substantially on the circuit. The convex structure is disposed on the flat layer and located in the peripheral area. The thickness of the convex structure is about 0.3 μm to 0.7 μm, and the convex structure continuously extends from at least one edge of the active region to one edge of the bonding region.
