titleOfInvention | LED driver |
abstract | The invention discloses a light emitting diode driver. In the light-emitting diode driver, the dimming control circuit receives a pulse width modulation signal and a pulse signal and outputs a dimming signal and a sampling signal. The on time of the sampling signal is less than the clock period of the clock signal. The first error amplifier receives a feedback voltage, a reference voltage, and a dimming signal and outputs a compensation voltage. The second error amplifier receives the compensation voltage and the ramp signal and outputs a pulse voltage. The driving controller receives the dimming signal and the pulse voltage and outputs a control signal. The output stage receives the control signal and the input voltage and generates an output voltage to the light emitting diode string. The minimum voltage selection unit selects the minimum light-emitting diode voltage. The switching unit is selectively turned on under the control of the sampling signal so that the first error amplifier receives the minimum light-emitting diode voltage. |
