abstract The present invention discloses a recombinant microorganism for performing a carbon fixation reaction, which is capable of performing a reducing tricarboxylic acid in the recombinant microorganism by expressing an enzyme required for a reductive tricarboxylic acid cycle by a foreign gene. It is a chemically self-supporting property that not only grows in an anaerobic environment, but also absorbs carbon dioxide from the environment and converts it into energy that can be utilized by the organism to have better growth efficiency. By using the recombinant microorganism as a platform for reducing carbon dioxide, the system can fix carbon dioxide in the environment to biomass to achieve the effect of slowing down or improving the greenhouse effect.
