abstract |
The present invention relates to a polyisocyanate a) containing 10 to 50% by weight of at least one hexamethylene diisocyanate-based polyisocyanate and 50 to 90% by weight of at least one isophorone diisocyanate-based -2) The composition, wherein a-1) comprises at least one oligomeric polyisocyanate mainly composed of hexamethylene diisocyanate and optionally monomeric hexamethylene diisocyanate; the a-2) Contains at least one oligomeric polyisocyanate mainly composed of isophorone diisocyanate and optionally monomeric isophorone diisocyanate, and the restriction condition is one of these components a-1) and a-2) At least one additionally includes a monomeric isocyanate of the listed type, and at least one sulfur-containing component. The above-mentioned mixtures of components containing this specific isocyanate group have been proven to improve the thermal and mechanical properties of a cured composition. Mainly due to these properties, the molded articles thus produced are particularly suitable for use in the manufacture of spectacles. |
