abstract |
A method of preventing a molten material from collapsing in a crystal growth apparatus, comprising providing a chamber of a ceramic coated crystal generating apparatus. The chamber can be coated on the inner surface to prevent damage to the steel chamber itself and to prevent vapor explosion of the water-cooled chamber. A ceramic coating may also be placed over the coated inner surface of the chamber. Therefore, it is possible to produce a high-quality crystal product while minimizing damage and cost when the molten material overflows. |
