abstract | The invention provides a multi-phase switching power supply, a control circuit and a control method thereof. The multi-phase switching power supply includes a plurality of power stages, a plurality of PWM controllers and a ramp signal setting circuit. The complex PWM controller is used for generating corresponding complex PWM signals according to the error signals related to the output voltage and the plurality of ramp signals corresponding to the respective PWM controllers to control the respective power stages. The slope signal setting circuit adjusts the slope signal of the phase related to the increase / decrease signal according to the increase / decrease signal. During the phase-reduction operation, the ramp signal setting circuit gradually changes the reference level of the phase-reduced ramp signal so that the duty ratio of the phase-reduced PWM signal gradually decreases. |
