abstract |
A transistor structure and a method for forming the transistor structure are provided. The transistor structure includes an alternating film layer of a first epitaxial material and a second epitaxial material. In some embodiments, one of the first epitaxial material and the second epitaxial material may be removed in an N-type or P-type transistor. The bottom layer of one of the first epitaxial material and the second epitaxial material may be removed, and the sidewall of one of the first epitaxial material and the second epitaxial material may be etched or etched. |
