abstract The present invention relates to a biotype adjuvant and a vaccine composition containing the biotype adjuvant. The aforementioned bio-type adjuvant includes a hemolysin recombinant protein (rSly) which is a Streptococcus suis bacterium, and can be combined with antigens of other animal diseases to prepare an animal vaccine composition for inducing production of antibodies in at least one of the immunized economic animals. Stimulates cellular and humoral immune responses to protect infected immune animals from pathogen infection.
