The decane network (SiHB-network) is added to the hydrazine-containing carbamic acid. The ester network structure (Si-PU) is hydrolyzed and condensed to form a high-resistance polyurethane elastomer of an interpenetrating network structure (Si-PU/siloxane IPN).
