A polyimide resin comprising a repeating structural unit of the following formula (1), a repeating structural unit of the following formula (2), and a repeating structural unit of the following formula (A) or a structural unit of the following formula (B): The content ratio of 1) is 40 to 70 mole% relative to the total of formula (1) and formula (2), and the content ratio of formula (A) or the following formula (B) is relative to formula (1) and formula (2) The total is more than 0 mol% and less than 25 mol%. (R 1 is a divalent group having 6 to 22 carbon atoms containing at least one alicyclic hydrocarbon structure, R 2 is a divalent chain aliphatic group having 5 to 20 carbon atoms, and R a is containing at least one aromatic ring A divalent group obtained by bonding a monovalent or divalent electron withdrawing group to the aromatic ring.
