abstract |
The present invention relates to a process for producing an alkyl aluminoxane by reacting an aluminum alkyl with a substituted alkenyl alcohol of the formula in the presence of an inert organic solvent: Wherein R1 and R2 are each independently an aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon group, and each of R3, R4 and R5 may independently be the same hydrocarbon group or hydrogen atom as R1 and R2. Further, the present invention relates to alkyl aluminoxanes obtainable by the above process and uses thereof. |
