Provided is a radiation sensitive resin composition comprising a binder resin (A), a radiation sensitive compound (B), a crosslinking agent (C), a sulfur-free semi-hindered phenol antioxidant, and/or a sulfur-free less hindered phenol It is made up of antioxidant (D) and sulfur-containing phenolic antioxidant (E). According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a radiation-sensitive resin composition which is excellent in exposure sensitivity, excellent in shape retention after sintering, and has high transparency after sintering in an oxidizing gas atmosphere. |
