The present invention relates to a bispecific single chain antibody molecule comprising a first binding domain which binds to an epitope of a human and non-chimpanzee primate CD3 epsilon chain, wherein the epitope is identified by sequence identification number 2. a portion of the amino acid sequence comprised by the group consisting of 4, 6 and 8; and a second binding domain that binds to prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA). The invention also provides nucleic acids encoding the bispecific single chain antibody molecules, as well as vectors and host cells, and a method for their production. The invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the bispecific single chain antibody molecule, and to the medical use of the bispecific single chain antibody molecule. |
