The invention discloses a method for preparing a food moisture-proof paper product (MoproMat) by mixing pulp with sorghum Distillery Residue Activiated Carbon (SDRAC), and a product thereof, which has lower water activity than microbes and is suitable for use in a high-humidity environment. Preservation of active foods in water, and low-humidity is best for high-water active foods. |
