abstract |
The present invention relates to an elastomer coating for electronic components. An electronic device is disclosed, which includes a substrate layer, a conductive layer and a sealing layer. The sealing layer contains at least one butyl rubber material. Butyl rubber sealing material can avoid the resistance change of the conductive layer after 12 hours exposure to nitric acid vapor or 10 hours exposure to hydrochloric acid vapor. |
