abstract The present invention provides a compound having the structure of Formula 1, which is obtainable by isolation from an endophytic fungus ( phoma sp .) of Pterocladiella capillacea . The angiogenesis-inhibiting compound of the present invention has an angiogenesis inhibitory effect on human endothelial-derived cells, and also exhibits an excellent angiogenesis-inhibiting effect in an animal model, and therefore, the compound of the present invention can be applied to the treatment of an angiogenesis-related disease.
