titleOfInvention | Epoxy resin composition and prepreg and copper clad laminate prepared using same |
abstract | An epoxy resin composition and a prepreg and a copper-clad laminate produced using the same, the epoxy resin composition comprising the following components: a ring having three or more epoxy groups in the molecular chain and containing a nitrogen element An oxygen resin, a phosphorus-containing halogen-free flame retardant compound, and an active ester curing agent; wherein the epoxy resin containing 3 or more epoxy groups and containing a nitrogen element in the molecular chain is used in an amount of 100 parts by weight, The phosphorus-containing halogen-free flame retardant compound is used in an amount of 10 to 150 parts by weight, and the equivalent ratio of the active ester curing agent is 0.85 to 1.2 in terms of an epoxy equivalent and an active ester equivalent ratio. The prepreg and the copper-clad laminate produced by using the epoxy resin composition have excellent dielectric properties, moisture and heat resistance, high glass transition temperature, lower water absorption, and halogen-free flame retardant. A flame resistance rating of UL 94 V-0 is achieved. |
