abstract |
A method for manufacturing a touch display device includes the following steps. A sensing element is formed on the substrate, and a sensing signal line is electrically connected to the sensing element. A method of forming a sensing element includes the following steps. A semiconductor layer is formed on the substrate, and the semiconductor layer includes a semiconductor pattern of a sensing element. A gate insulating layer is formed on the semiconductor layer. A first conductor layer is formed on the gate insulation layer. An interlayer insulation layer is formed on the gate insulation layer. Perform a tempering process. After the tempering process is performed, the interlayer insulation layer located in a predetermined region of the gate is removed. The first conductor layer located in a predetermined region of the gate is removed. A gate is formed in a predetermined area of the gate. Forming a second conductor layer, wherein the second conductor layer includes a source and a drain of the sensing element that are electrically connected to the semiconductor pattern of the sensing element, respectively. |
