abstract |
A hydrogen generating device, wherein: the first substrate comprises a liquid storage tank on a first side thereof and a first gas storage tank, and the first substrate comprises a first liquid diffusion region from the liquid storage tank to the first gas storage tank, a second liquid diffusion zone and a divergent flow channel zone. The first liquid diffusion zone and the second liquid diffusion zone respectively have a plurality of liquid diffusion structures, and the diverging flow channel zone has a plurality of diverging flow channels. The laminate covers the first side of the first substrate and includes a liquid feed inlet in communication with the liquid reservoir. The first side of the second substrate covers the second side of the first substrate and includes a second gas reservoir on the first side and a gas reaction flow channel. The catalyst is disposed in the gas reaction channel, and the heater is disposed on the second side of the second substrate. |
