abstract |
The present invention provides a method for producing a flexible metal-clad laminate using a casting method, comprising: (a) forming a first polyimide layer on a metal layer having a linear thermal expansion coefficient of 25 ppm/K Or (b) plasma treating one surface of the first polyimide layer; and (c) forming a second polyimide layer on the first polyimide layer having a linear thermal expansion coefficient It is 25 ppm/K or less.
